Mr. Hackett is the managing partner of The Hackett Law Firm, driving its success with a proven legal background. As a former Deputy District Attorney at the San Mateo District Attorney’s Office, he integrates that expertise into his current practice.

Before law school, he led a sustainable wood decking export business in Nicaragua, which gives him a unique perspective and innovative strategies in legal matters. His passion for motorcycle riding reflects his determination and precision in navigating complex legal challenges. An avid reader and explorer, he gains valuable insights through travel that enhance his legal advocacy.

Sam Lasser

Sam Lasser has been practicing law in California for more than 16 years. He began his career in criminal defense and has practiced personal injury law for over 9 years, handling all types of cases with a special interest in premises liability law. Sam has broad experience and knowledge of the law.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, playing hockey, and all musical things.

Chris Quattrociocche

Chris Quattrociocche is an attorney specializing in Labor and Employment and Intellectual Property, with a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Barred in California and D.C., he has substantial experience in transactional and litigation matters in sports, entertainment, and labor law.

During his free time, he likes to spend time with his family.

Imelda Perez is a paralegal with over 20 years of extensive litigation and support experience who oversees family claims at The Hackett Law Firm.

Imelda holds a B.S. in Business and Management from Notre Dame de Namur University. In her free time, she volunteers at her local animal shelter, enjoys outdoor activities, and practices yoga.

She attended the University of Texas at Dallas, where she developed a strong foundation in legal research and client support. Outside of work, Ashten is an avid artist who enjoys creating her own pieces and exploring San Francisco’s vibrant art and food scenes.
